Too much partying, tv shows, video games, unhealthy food, etc will ruin your motivation.

Minimum 3 times a week to train your body, but more importantly, train your mind.

There are many external factors that can distract you from your goals, but don’t let them. If you want to succeed in your business, then you need to make time for yourself. Nobody is going to care more about your success than you do. Be honest with yourself and give 100% of who you are and what you want.
